Castle Concepts is the evolution of Castle’s Catering—a transformation from a boutique catering company into a dynamic lifestyle and hospitality brand. While our roots remain in unforgettable food and warm Southern hospitality, our vision has expanded. Today, Castle Concepts offers full-service catering, culinary production and logistics, hospitality consulting, event production, and curated dining experiences that blend luxury with Southern charm.

Our Story
Founded in 2010 in Los Angeles by Chef Shanita Castle, Castle’s Catering quickly grew from a local favorite into a national presence, serving festivals, premieres, and large-scale events across the country. In 2022, we expanded to Atlanta, a city that reflects our heart and heritage.
Chef Shanita, a Louisiana native and Spelman alumna, draws inspiration from her Creole roots and passion for food, health, and community. Her culinary vision—rooted in bold flavors, diverse cuisines, and heartfelt hospitality—remains the foundation of everything we do.
